Greek Speaking Freelance E-Commerce Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent, enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our UK team in our modern office in the heart of Oxford - working with the Greek Shop Coordinator to support the ongoing development of the website.


Please note, this is an (Oxford) office-based freelance role for which the number of hours and working conditions can be flexible to suit the requirements of the candidate as well as zooplus.


Your duties will include:


  • Ongoing optimisation and maintenance of product and product category pages
  • Creation and activation of special offers
  • New product creation and product changes
  • Translating content from either English or German into Greek language
  • Writing and maintaining product descriptions and other website content
  • Supporting the Online Marketing function through preparation of search ad texts
  • Assisting in the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing emails, sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Assisting with customer care queries
  • Market and competitor monitoring and analysis
  • Other general marketing duties as required


Desired skills and experience:


  • Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Fluency in Greek language, with very good level of written Greek
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Highly numerate and confident working with complex data and figures
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Hard-working, adaptable and enthusiastic
